We have a long-standing history within both Federal and Private Industry with a sharp focus on seamless technology integration. Our company has over two and a half decades of experience within our staff with credentials spanning in the areas of Satellite, Microwave, Data Center Architecture/Build/Operations, AWS/AZURE Cloud Services, Software Development, Organizational Transformation, and Design Thinking.

Mr. Palmer is the Chief Technology Officer at NAPALM Technologies, LLC where he provides consulting services to Senior Government Officials enabling organizational transformation, the instantiation of DevSecOps frameworks, organizational alignment increasing transparency and resiliency within organizations, IT Governance leveraging SAFe as the foundation for stability, growth, and modernization. Author of the US Coast Guard Cloud Strategy, Author of the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Technology Officer’s Program Health Assessment for alignment with FITARA and overall IT Program Health. Author of FEMA’s Grant Management Modernization’s Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Guide for automated Test and Integration capabilities for software development.
